Refund and Returns Policy

Timeframe

The Buyer may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. The period begins on the date the order is completed.

Important Notes

nimitv may refuse a full refund, even within the 7-day guarantee, if the Buyer has fully consumed the purchased Product/Service (for example: accessed/downloaded all available files or used the complete service period), putting Nimitv at a disadvantage.
Failure to comply with our Terms of Service also voids any refund request.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at checkout. Depending on the provider, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
